An investigation is the file you keep
Pin the records you are reading, write your own notes, and download one zip when you want a copy. A key can add a pin to the same file. Clearing pins is not the same as clearing the file.

A pin keeps a record on your investigation. It does not attach two records. A note is yours. The index never reads it. Coming up is a published agenda date, not a forecast.

Titles and counts are public. Full text, people, money, land and registers need a seat. Researcher and Practice start with a 14-day trial. A card is required.

UK public bodies already publish minutes, spend and registers. The gap is access: scanned PDFs, split portals, and connections nobody can make by hand.
