To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 10 September 2026 to Question 27132 on Frimley Park Hospital, whether Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is subject to any legally or administratively binding requirement

I have nothing to add at this time to the answer I gave the Hon Member on 10 September in response to Question 27132, but as and when there are further updates to report, I will ensure that the Hon Member is fully informed.
