Paternity Leave and Paternity Pay

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, if he will make it his policy to (a) increase the statutory entitlement to paternity leave to at least six weeks and (b) to pay that leave at 90 percent of average weekly earnings.
