To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the European Partnership Bill will contain powers to amend legislation to adopt EU legislative provisions; and whether there will be secondary legislation with negative and affirmative provisions.

As confirmed in the King’s Speech, the Government will be bringing forward the European Partnership Bill to implement any agreements between the UK and the EU. We will share further details in due course and Parliament will have the opportunity to scrutin...
