To ask the Secretary of State for Education, whether she is taking steps to improve levels of consistency in how swimming attainment is assessed and reported by schools.

The current PE national curriculum requires all primary pupils to be taught to swim competently and confidently over 25 metres, use a range of strokes effectively, and perform safe self-rescue in different water-based situations.The government accepted th...
