To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment his Department has made of the potential impact of the £2 bus fare cap on the viability of community transport services in rural areas.

Community transport operators may participate in the National Bus Fare Cap Scheme where they operate eligible services and choose to take part. Participating operators are eligible for reimbursement in respect of discounted journeys made under the scheme....
