To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to paragraph 109 of the Defence Investment Plan, published on 30 June 2026, what the full scope is of the £10 million for forward blood products.

Following the announcement of Defence Investment Plan, Defence Medical Command (DMedC) is working to define the scope of the £10 million to develop or procure dried blood products to improve access closer to the point of injury on the battlefield. DMedC c...
