To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate she has made of the public expenditure required for supporting rail, road and other surface-access improvements connected with Heathrow expansion.

Any expansion at Heathrow Airport, would be privately financed, including any required surface access improvements. The draft Heathrow Expansion National Policy Statement requires any promoter of expansion to meet the full cost of associated works to the ...
