To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether HM Treasury civil servants who are assigned to London but permanently move to No10 North will (a) lose their London weighting allowance in absolute terms, (b) be compensated for the loss of the London weight

HM Treasury civil servants who permanently transfer to a role in No.10 North would be subject to the employment terms and pay policies of the Cabinet Office as the receiving department. The Cabinet Office would determine any location allowance payable in ...
