To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what assessment she has made of the potential impact of the revised Cabinet Office facility time framework on expenditure by her Department on facility time relative to the 2023-24 base.

Whilst an official assessment has not been made, the difference in expenditure between 2023/24 and 2024/25 increased by £38,483. Facility time for 2025-26 was not reported, as it is no longer a requirement following the repeal of the Trade Union (Facility...
