To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether data is (a) collated and (b) held on the nationality of individual civil servants when they apply for reserved roles.

Nationality data is captured from applicants at the initial application stage on the Civil Service Jobs platform to assess eligibility against the statutory Civil Service Nationality Rules.This information is held electronically within recruitment system ...
