To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 14 July 2026 to Question 15722 on Metropolitan Police: Palantir, whether the PPRS may review individual decisions not to award a contract to a particular supplier.

The Public Procurement Review Service (PPRS) can review individual decisions not to award a contract to a particular supplier. To determine whether a specific concern is in scope, the supplier making the referral would submit the case to the PPRS via GOV....
