To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the impact of post-Grenfell building safety costs on leaseholders in West Dorset.

We recognise concerns about building safety costs and are clear that costs should be fair, transparent and represent value for money. Protections are in place to limit the costs of remediating historical building safety defects. Cladding remediation costs...
