To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps he is taking to ensure leaseholders are not required to meet the costs of remediation works arising from the Grenfell Tower Inquiry recommendations.

We recognise concerns about building safety costs and are clear that costs should be fair, transparent and represent value for money. Protections are in place to limit the costs of remediating historical building safety defects. Cladding remediation costs...
