To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what recent assessment her Department has made of the a) adequacy of the ease with which people can contact HMRC for support completing self-assessments and b) effectiveness of that support.

HMRC offers a wide range of support to help customers complete their Self Assessment return. This includes support through their helpline, guidance notes and help sheets on GOV.UK, as well as online webinars and recorded videos on YouTube covering various...
