To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what recent steps have been taken to improve passenger compensation and rights for delayed or cancelled flights.

Air passenger rights remain a priority for the Government. UK passengers continue to have strong rights under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 in the event of delays, cancellations and denied boarding, including rights to compensation in some circumstances. I...
