To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether water companies are required to retain records of chlorine residual measurements taken at individual domestic properties.

Water companies are required to monitor for chlorine as set out in Schedule 3 of The Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2016. Chlorine residual measurements are part of companies’ routine compliance sampling programmes and are recorded and submitted...
