To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, if he will make a statement on the progress he has made on reducing the administrative cost of regulation for businesses against his stated target of 25% by the end of this Parliament.

We will update Parliament and the public on our Regulation Action Plan commitments in due course, including the progress made against the 25% target since our latest update in October.
