To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether clause 2 of the Armed Forces Bill includes a Foundation Strategic Authority within the definition of a local authority in section 343AZB(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2006.

Clause two of the Armed Forces Bill includes unitary authorities and Foundation Strategic Authorities in England within the definition of a Local Authority in section 343AZB(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2006. This is because each one is legally classified a...
