To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether requirements exist for local authorities receiving active travel funding to publish post-implementation data on (a) cyclist numbers, (b) traffic displacement and (c) journey times.

There is no requirement for authorities to publish post-implementation data. The Department for Transport publishes guidance on how to monitor and evaluate transport investments, however it is for the funding authority to determine a proportionate approac...
