To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many outstanding applications for compensation are there with the criminal injuries compensation authority as of the 1st June 2026.

Figures up to 31 March 2025 are available in the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) Annual Report and Accounts. The figures for the financial year 2025-26 will be available in the CICA Annual Report and Accounts 2025-26 which is due to be pub...
