To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether he has authorised a change to the spending envelope assigned to the Defence Housing Strategy.
Answer
The commitment to £9 billion overall funding envelope for the Defence Housing Strategy was recently reaffirmed in the House in response to an urgent question from the Leader of the Opposition, debated on Monday 15 June 2026 (volume 787: column 569).
