To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what arrangements are in place to ensure that claimants who have previously received support from a Disability Employment Advisor are known to all staff interacted with.

To ensure customers with complex barriers receive the right support from Jobcentres, our Disability Employment Advisers offer direct support (1-2-1) to customers on top of the help provided by their work coach or Pathways to Work Adviser. Using their know...
