To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what penalties apply to a person who books, changes, cancels or swaps a driving test on behalf of another person.

Since 12 May 2026, only a learner is allowed to book, change, cancel or swap a practical driving test. The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) continuously monitors the driving test booking service. Where it finds evidence that someone acted on beh...
