To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, in relation to the FCDO 2030 restructuring review, Ministers have undertaken of departmental priorities to reflect any anticipated short-term disruption to delivery.

The Department recognises the importance of staff morale and retention, as well as continuity of delivery, throughout this process. Senior leadership are engaging regularly with staff to provide clarity and support. HR continues to meet trade unions twice...
