To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what assessment she has made of the potential impact of the restructuring process on staff morale and retention.

The Department recognises the importance of staff morale and retention, as well as continuity of delivery, throughout this process. Senior leadership are engaging regularly with staff to provide clarity and support. HR continues to meet trade unions twice...
