To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what recent assessment her Department has made of the adequacy of policing powers in tackling antisocial bikers.

Tackling anti-social behaviour is a priority for the Government and there is a strong framework of powers in place for police. Police have clear powers to stop and seize any bike for being ridden anti-socially.We have gone further and strengthened these p...
