To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 4 June 2026, to Question 426, what is the status of the Private Finance Initiative contract with Exchequer Partnerships for the HM Treasury buildings and services at 1 Horseguards Road;

The PFI which delivers building management and services to HM Treasury at 1 Horse Guards Road is in operation until 18/11/2037. On expiry of the PFI the building freehold returns to the Government to manage and operate the building. This process will be m...
