To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether any of the planned payments being made to the European Union as a consequence of the UK/EU reset will be counted towards the % GDP targets of (a) Overseas Development Aid or (b) NATO defence and security

Any UK financial contributions in the areas of defence, security, and development as a consequence of the UK/EU reset are subject to negotiation.
