To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will make a statement on the enforcement capacity of Trading Standards in respect of the proposed high-caffeine energy drinks ban.

The Government has a commitment to ban the sale of high-caffeine energy drinks to children aged under 16 years old. This has been subject to consultation.In the consultation, we proposed that local authorities would be responsible for enforcing any ban. L...
