To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps he is taking to mitigate the impact of potential strike action by Thales employees in a) Govan and b) Reading.

Matters relating to Thales’ pay offer to its employees is a matter for the company. However, the Ministry of Defence continues to engage with Thales to ensure continued delivery for Defence.
