To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of Government policies on house prices in (i) Fylde constituency and (ii) Lancashire.

My Department has made no specific assessment of the impact of government policies on house prices in the Fylde constituency or Lancashire more generally.
