To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether she has had conversations with professional publications about the impact of the EU’s removal of the De Minimis exemption from customs duties for low-value goods.

The Government has been following the development of the EU’s customs reforms and the removal of the €150 customs duty relief for imports into the EU (including books and magazines from the UK). The Government is aware of concerns from professional public...
