To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, which Ministers are served by the Commercial VIP International Flights programme.
Answer
The Cabinet Office does not operate a mechanism under the name Commercial VIP International Flights programme. In accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Code, the Cabinet Office is able to arrange non-scheduled flights for Ministers.
