To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assessment he has made of the potential risks of the level of dependence on Chinese companies for consumable equipment in the defence supply chain.

All foreign procurement is subject to strict national security scrutiny and import controls, with powers to exclude suppliers where risks are identified - ensuring any dependency is actively managed and mitigated.
