To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment he has made of the adequacy of levels of expenses rates for people undertaking jury service.

The Government recognises the important civic duty undertaken by jurors and is committed to ensuring they feel supported throughout their service. Jurors can claim travel, subsistence, and loss of earnings or additional care costs. All support provided to...
