To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, if he will publish the Civil Service’s current Gender Reassignment guidance.

New model Gender Reassignment guidance has been issued to Civil Service departments for them to use as a template for their own departmental guidance. Internal HR policies and guidance are not published externally.
