To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what proportion of passengers at Heathrow Airport in (i) 2030, (ii) 2035 and (iii) 2040 will be international-to-international transfers in scenarios (a) without and (b) with a third runway; and what assessment

We are currently reviewing the Airports National Policy Statement (ANPS) and plan to consult on a revised ANPS in summer 2026. The Department plans to publish updated aviation passenger forecasts alongside the consultation. In reviewing the ANPS the Depar...
