To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what estimate he has made of the annual cost to NHS trusts of providing medical treatment to individuals granted leave to remain in the UK on Article 3 ECHR medical grounds.

The information is not held centrally, as once an individual is granted leave to remain, they are treated as any other patient that is entitled to free-care-at-the-point-of-access, and the National Health Service does not separately collect data for this ...
