To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what steps he is taking to ensure that vehicles provided under the Motability Scheme are used in accordance with scheme rules.

Responsibility for the terms and administration of the Scheme, including ensuring vehicle use is in accordance with Scheme rules, sits with Motability Foundation and its Board of Governors. The Department for Work and Pensions meets regularly with Motabil...
