To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, when he expects the F-35B Lightning II to have reached full operating capability.

Full Operating Capability (FOC) for Carrier Strike, which incorporated F-35B Lightning II FOC, was announced by the Secretary of State for Defence on 17 November 2025.
