To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the Answer of 23 March 2026 to Question 120836 on Prime Minister: Ministerial Boxes, whether there is guidance on how (a) oral, (b) written and (c) electronic responses by Ministers to formal advice

Yes there is. The Guidance for the management of Private Office information and records has been published and can be found on gov.uk.
