To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what steps he is taking to support vulnerable low energy users who find switching energy suppliers difficult.

Vulnerable consumers who wish to switch energy supplier should contact their current supplier in the first instance who will be able to provide further information and support them through the process. Vulnerable consumers can also contact Citizens Advice...
