To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what steps she is taking to improve the collection of data on the locations of fly-tipping incidents.

Local authorities in England are required to report fly-tipping incidents, including fly-tipping incidents by land type to Defra, which are published annually here. Defra has published guidance for local authorities to support them to improve the quality ...
