To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what steps her department is taking to ensure children in foster care receive adequate mental support.

The government is committed to ensuring children in foster care receive appropriate emotional and mental health support. Regulations require every looked-after child to have their emotional and mental health assessed by a medical practitioner. Local autho...
