To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what discussions she has had with counterparts in the European Union regarding regulatory alignment on battery passports for electric vehicles.

The Secretary of State has not had discussions with counterparts in the European Union regarding regulatory alignment on battery passports for electric vehicles. Defra is currently reviewing the producer responsibility legislation for batteries. This revi...
