To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, in reference to HCWS1286 on Resetting the S106 system, whether financial payments made in lieu of onsite affordable housing will be required to remain within the originating loca

The government expects that wherever financial payments are accepted in lieu of onsite affordable housing, they will remain within the originating local authority area.
