To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether his Department places any restrictions on the number of United States military forces that can be deployed to bases in Britain.

The UK does not place any restrictions regarding the numbers of US military forces in the UK. It is up to the US to determine the number of personnel it stations in the UK at any particular time. However, significant adjustments in the nature or scale of ...
