To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps his Department is taking to identify and disseminate best practice among local authorities in preventing homelessness.

Through the National Plan to End Homelessness the government has committed to publishing a range of toolkits which underpin the strategy. This will include a prevention toolkit, a youth Homelessness toolkit and a toolkit on homelessness prevention and sup...
