To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how much of the efficiency savings attributed to executive agency reform will be permanent.

The Department for Transport efficiencies quoted in the Departmental Efficiency Plan are in line with the Government Efficiency Framework. In particular, the Government Efficiency Framework states that efficiencies “… should be sustainable (recurring)” an...
